Observations will be undertaken by a member of the Health & Social Care assessment team. You may also supply witness testimonies or statements from third parties with whom you work. This may include a supervisor, line manager or other suitably qualified individuals who understand your job role and the standards you have to meet to obtain this level of qualification.
